Regency is a fatherless fifteen year old. After her mother contracts the AIDS virus, Regency must learn to survive on her own. My pink shirt is a tale of the loss of humanity, betrayal, and drug addiction. Will she overcome all of these obstacles and earn the chance to follow her true dreams? Or will her experiences with the darker parts of life destroy her humanity forever?

In the early sixties, Hilik, a ten years old boy who lives in Tel Aviv, knows he and his brother got a goal in life – to make his parents happy and compensate for the grief and lost they had suffered in the holocaust. Moishe, Hilik’s father, chooses to believe that his lost son, from his first marriage, didn’t die in Auschwitz as he thought, and somehow escaped to America to become President Kennedy’s assistant. As he has never really accepted the fact that he is the only survivor from his family, Moishe is sinking back to his past. Torn between his fear that his father would abandon him, and the wish to make him happy, Hilik chooses to test his father’s love to him, while accepting the risk of loosing him.

The Great L.A. Pretenders is told through the perspective of Dan Shirey (Sherman) and features Garikayi Mutambirwa (Felix), as a self-assured but unpredictable Frenchman. While working undercover with Felix on a mission about posers, Sherman becomes heinous about Los Angeles, a city synonym of ambition but full of narcissistic fakes, people who pass themselves off as something they’re not and might never be.
Also rounding out the cast in the Ten Minute Long caustic comedy are Nathan Marlow (Fernando) as a failed yuppie wannabe millionaire, Kara Chaput (Beverly) as a Paris Hiltonlike wannabe celebrity, Sherry Romito (Holly) as a talentless acting wannabe famous actress, Owen Williams (Glen) as the quintessential poor starving Hollywood wannabe actor and Gary Edward (Mr. Adams) as the Project’s imposing “Boss”.
Sometimes dark, often comedic and always witty “The Great L.A. Pretenders” strives for not only the glitzy Hollywood wannabe lifestyle and what lies underneath, but also the dreamers’ relentless passion for money and fame and how psychologically unstable they become when they fail to reach their American dreams.

The Hammer joins forces with Esther Bloomenbergensteinenthal, the gorgeous and dangerous daughter of the leader of the Jewish Justice League; and his brother-in-arms Mohammed Ali Paula Abdul Rahim, the head of the Kwanzaa Liberation Front, to topple Santa’s evil progeny and to save Hanukkah for future generations of Jews.
