In 4-8 minute fun clips our young pregnant mother, Ruthie, and her two year old son, Mikko, will show how to lovingly create nutrient dense foods that are beneficial for growing children’s bodies and brains.
Most of the techniques in this series are used in a variety of cultures around the world. Our focus is to make these techniques second nature–providing a base for creating our own individual, nutritious menus.
Once our skills develop and we become accustomed to thinking about cooking and food as our ancestors did we will delve deeper into specific cultures and their preparation rituals of their sacred fertility foods with greater understanding.
